[debhelper-devel] Bug#826898: dbgsym packages for conflicting packages should conflict with each other

[ I hope this is the right package against which to file dbgsym bugs, ]
[ if not, sorry for the noise and please feel free to reassign.       ]

In the case that packages A and B conflict with each other, packages A-dbgsym
and B-dbgsym should also conflict with each other. In no cases are A-dbgsym and
B-dbgsym ever installable together (they respectively depend on A and B), so
adding this conflicts relation shouldn't cause any problems. It would however
solve problems like the following:
