[Debian-astro-maintainers] Bug#848505: tycho2: FTBFS (segfault during build)

Dear maintainer:

I tried to build this package in stretch with "dpkg-buildpackage -A"
(which is what the "Arch: all" autobuilder would do to build it)
but it failed:

This is just how the build ends. If you need a full build log, just say so,
or you can also take a build log from the reproducible builds site, where the package
also FTBFS with a similar error:

If this is really a bug in one of the build-depends, please use reassign and affects,
so that this is still visible in the page for this package.

In case it helps, this started to fail in stretch somewhere between the following
two dates:

Every build after the second date fails.
