[Debian-astro-maintainers] Bug#860095: Debian Astro Pure Blends metapackages not up-to-date

The metapackages for the Debian Astro Pure Blend are not up-to-date. The
changes since the freeze are not synchronized yet. This also includes
some packages that were removed from Testing in between, like
python-pymc. On release, the Debian Astro packages however should
represent the collection of astronomical software in Debian.
