[Debian-astro-maintainers] Bug#865379: Package removal ahead

As we discussed in the debian-astro mailing list, this package is
subject to be removed in the Buster cycle. This mail is the last call to
either switch to the free "erfa" package with the same API (except that
the prefix is replaced by "era"), or to scream loudly and take over.

If there is no such response within a week, I will file a request to
remove this package.
