[Debian-astro-maintainers] Bug#868053: sunpy: FTBFS with python-astropy >= 2

Sunpy upstream is aware of the problem, see f.e.

https://github.com/sunpy/sunpy/pull/2183

Once they have a new upstream, I will update the Debian package as well.
Since there are multiple issues (not only the ones seen in the issue
above), and the patches don't cleanly apply to the 0.7.8 tarball, it
makes IMO no sense to backport them.
