The released version of astroplan uses some internal structures of
astropy, which make it fail with the latest version:

There is a new version 0.7 available that should fix this.
Alternatively, there is a patch in the upstream Github:

https://github.com/astropy/astroplan/pull/481

Please consider uploading the new upstream version or applying the patch.
