Bug#754102: Fixed in 2.7.4+reloaded2-1

The issue of redeclaring smarty-gettext variables got implicitly fixed  
by re-packing GOsa² sources for 2.7.4+reloaded2-1 (which drops GOsa²'s  
bundled smarty code completely).
