You know 2.6.28 is in sid itself now so you no longer need trunk
kernels? See:

	http://packages.debian.org/linux-image-2.6.28-1-686

Unfortunately, not all kernel support packages are available yet in sid
(notably, linux-kbuild-2.6.28) but that only matters if you need to
rebuild a driver for which we don't have precompiled debs (e.g. rt2860
wifi for models 901, 1000, etc.)

If anyone needs this for rt2860, get the source for linux-kbuild-2.6.28
from /dists/trunk (see http://wiki.debian.org/DebianKernel) and build
it with 'debuild -uc -us -b'. Then install the resulting deb. After
that, I think you'll be OK to use module-assistant to 'm-a a-i rt2860'.

Or else continue to wait for the new kernel support pkgs to enter sid.
It should be another week or so.

Ben
