[PATCH] update total number of packages available

Hi there!

According to http://www.debian.org, Debian GNU/Linux "comes with over
18733 packages", updating the number in the flyer accordingly.

BTW, the patch is on top of my previous one "add creation date for
francaise.tex and italiano.tex" [1].
