[Debian-ha-maintainers] Bug#495511: drbd-utils needs to be heartbeat aware

Instead of running chmod again after every update you can modify the
dpkg database once, 
overriding the access bits hardwired in the *.deb file:

dpkg-statoverride --add --update root haclient 04754 /sbin/drbdsetup
dpkg-statoverride --add --update root haclient 04754 /sbin/drbdmeta

Maybe this could be mentioned in
/usr/share/doc/drbd8-utils/README.Debian ?
