[Debian-ha-maintainers] Merging ubuntu changes

Hi!

After having missed the discussion on IRC about the ubuntu changes on the 
heartbeat packages, I would like to contribute this way, which allows us all 
to participate, no matter what time it is =)

I am using 

http://launchpadlibrarian.net/39869285/cluster-glue.debdiff

as base for cluster-glue merge.

1. I absolutely object against using CDBS for packaging.

The only benefit I can see is having a short debian/rules, and with debhelper 7 
you can have that even easier:

%:
  dh $@

We can go that way, but CDBS, no way.

2. debian/copyright fix: OK

3. debian/cluster-glue.logd.init fixes: OK

3. Library packages: If we really have to split this out, I don't see a 
problem here, we can just add Ante's changes.
