[Debian-ha-maintainers] Preparing 1.0.9.1-1

Hi Martin,

I'm working on getting 1.0.9.1-1 uploaded.
So far I have done the merge and pushed the result up to alioth.
But I am wondering what the procedure for actually building the
package is. I notice that 1.0.8+hg15494-4 has an orig.tar.gz.
Did you do something like this?

cd hg-tree
make dist
mv abc-1.2.3.tar.gz ../abc-1.2.3.orig.tar.gz
cd ..
tar -zxf abc-1.2.3.orig.tar.gz
cd abc-1.2.3
dpkg-buildpakage
