  3. Neither the name of the University nor the names of its contributors
     may be used to endorse or promote products derived from this software
     without specific prior written permission,

but the actual files are not copyright by the Regents of the University of
California and the third condition includes different company names (at least
MontaVista Software, Inc. and Red Hat, Inc.).

Please include the exact license conditions in the next upload.
