[Debian-ha-maintainers] Bug#768922: pacemaker: stopped working after upgrade to 1.1.10+git20130802-4.1

I tried the suggested fix of installing libqb0 from sid (downloaded .deb 
from https://packages.debian.org/sid/amd64/libqb0/download, installed 
package using dpkg -i, restarted nodes).


Unfortunately, pacemaker still doesn't work. Both nodes report status 
UNCLEAN (offline):

How can I fix this issue? All my cluster resources are unavailable.
