[Debian-ha-maintainers] libqb priority

Hi,

Currently, libqb is of Priority: extra, while Corosync and Pacemaker are
Priority: optional.  The individual choice isn't very clear, because
neither package conflicts with anything else, but the Policy clearly
forbids optional packages to depend on extra ones.  Is there any reason
not to promote libqb to optional in the next upload?  Like 1.0? :)
