good time of day!

i'm interested in the russian (ru-RU) translation of the debian
administrator's handbook.
with this purpose on 2012-05-13, i created a repository[1] and a mailing
list[2].
several people have expressed their desire to join the process of
translation.
probably, it is quite possible to say, that i coordinate the
translation.

unfortunately, at the moment of creation of the repository i did not see
the detailed instructions.
therefore, the already made commits do not meet the requirements.

in connection with this, i have two questions:
1. do i need to create a new repository or will be enough to create the
branch "squeeze/master" in the current?
2. do i need to change the already made commits or it would be enough to
apply the rules to the new commits?
