Is commit '6494751dde258a5018d366c711b29dcd1e508526' on Weblate's git repository
a correction to this issue?

This issue is still left in Spanish and Russian translation [1] and
commit by Weblate causes this issue [2].

It seems that Weblate does not handle integrity of msgid correctly.
Translators does not allow to edit msgid, but Weblate modify msgid in wrong manner.
In other words, msgid is not preserved across a commit.

1. When translation for 'Author_Group.po' is performed on Weblate,
   Weblate rewrite msgid from 'Raphaël' to 'RaphaÃ«l' [3].
2. Even though msgid is 'Raphaël', Weblate shows it as 'RaphaÃ«l' [4,5].
   (except for Japanese?)

The root causes of this issue lie deep in source code of Weblate, I think.
