[Debian-handbook-translators] Thanks to Raphaël Hertzog for commiting changes to the Polish handbook's translation

I want to thank for submitting (commiting) changes in the Polish translation
of the handbook made by me on the Weblate. I am a novice in this project and I
do not know Git enough to commit changes myself. I have been studying with
great interest the Git's documentation, but still I have some problems with
it.

Today, I opened a web page
https://debian-handbook.info/browse/pl-PL/stable/index.html,
and I could see that the online verison of the handbook looks really great.

I would like to say 'Hello' and to greet all the Project's developers and
contributors - this is my first post on the list.
