[Debian-handbook-translators] catalan translation in the website

The Catalan translation of the book is at 45%. It would be nice to have a
link to it in https://debian-handbook.info/get/ under the "other languages"
tab. That page shows some languages with a lower translation percentage.

In fact, the https://debian-handbook.info/browse/ca-ES/stable/ exists but
some parts are already translated in weblate but not here. Could you
synchronize it?

Finally, are there any plans to get an updated version for Bullseye?
