</div>Weblate does this to prevent concurrent translation of same resource<br>
(what usually leads to wasted effort). Whoever starts translating has<br>
locked the translation for 15 minutes (all this is configurable). Of<br>
course this can be disabled if your team uses other means for<br>
coordinating inside the file.<br>
