[Debian-hebrew-package] Package updates

Hello,

Package updates:

1) Libhdate 1.4.1 is out:

a. fix minor diaspory holidayes bug.
b. c++ api changes
c. hdate utility can now export iCal files to evulotion sunbird ...

last time I tried to use the svn-inject utility Baruch had to fix a lot of
thins - so help pelase :)

2) PyFribidi 0.3. is out:
http://hspell-gui.sourceforge.net/pyfribidi.html
a. this is a simple fribidi binding to python, it will be used to render RTL
in the chaildsplay program,
so a a DEB package is NEEDED if we want Hebrew translation to work while
using childsplay on debian.

3) Limon is out:
http://hspell-gui.sourceforge.net/limon-gui.html
a. it's a python gtk+ script that interface with the limon free (wiki style)
hebrew-english-hebrew dictionary.
I do not think we need a debian package for that :) but it's fun.
