i uploaded pyfribidi 0.9.0 to the pyfribidi site, the name of the
package now is fribidi

p.s.
you checked the packages depended on fribidi for binary compatibility,
you did not check if they compile and work as expected.
pyfribidi passed your check, but the 0.6 version will not compile
using fribidi 0.19.
you will need to  compile all the packages depending on fribidi, or
find a better way to check if it is safe to use fribidi 0.19
