[Debian-hebrew-package] Bug#571044: fribidi: new version causes regressions in Debian Installer

We're seeing regressions in the newt frontend with the new version of the 
fribidi udeb, as these screenshots show:

Note the line with the window title and the Go Back button.

If I build a D-I image using the fribidi version from testing, the problems 
disappear.
