[Debian-hebrew-package] Is ivritex needed?

I'm not in to LaTeX, and don't have any idea about how is it comparing to
babel.

But:

1. ivritex 1.1.2 should solve the number's issue.
2. there's also version 1.2.1 released in 2006.

Anyway, I'll support what ever you decide. The package is orphan at the
moment since February (bug #568570).
