Bug#385990: [Debian-in-workers] Bug#385990: ttf-malayalam-fonts: Add another font to the package

(trying to solve an issue with fonts for the Malayalam language, one
of the official languages in India. This language uses its own
script. Debian Installer is now translated in Malayalam but we have
problems to display Malayalam in D-I due to #403404)

I could include it in a next NMU of ttf-indic-fonts, aimed at fixing
#403404, caused by errors in the Rachana font.

My conclusion currently, about Malayalam fonts is:

-The Rachana font (Racotf04) could have potential licensing
 issues. See #385990 for background
-It definitely has technical issues
-Anjali Old Lipi is a suitable replacement font

However, the licensing of that font is pretty scarce. All what we have
is:
