[Debian-in-workers] Bug#542897: ttf-indic-fonts: Old config files left after upgrade

ttf-indic-fonts 1:0.5.5 sub-packages have renamed the config files under
/etc/fonts/conf.d/ by adding numeric prefix. But the old config files remain
uncleaned, namely:

  /etc/fonts/conf.d/ttf-bengali-fonts.conf
  /etc/fonts/conf.d/ttf-devanagari-fonts.conf
  /etc/fonts/conf.d/ttf-gujarati-fonts.conf
  /etc/fonts/conf.d/ttf-kannada-fonts.conf
  /etc/fonts/conf.d/ttf-malayalam-fonts.conf
  /etc/fonts/conf.d/ttf-oriya-fonts.conf
  /etc/fonts/conf.d/ttf-punjabi-fonts.conf
  /etc/fonts/conf.d/ttf-tamil-fonts.conf
  /etc/fonts/conf.d/ttf-telugu-fonts.conf

Please consider removing these old conffiles in the corresponding sub-packages'
preinst, according to this:
