Hi,

We need to add priorities to fontconfig conf files, it does not work
without a priority suffix. Currently we have 9 languages so we could
take 91-99 as prefix, but how do we handle this when we have more
langauges?

Does it have to be integers?

Ideally, the conf file, upon installation on Ubuntu should go to
/etc/fonts/conf.d/90-{conf-file-name}, as in Fedora.
