[Debian-in-workers] Localisation (l10n) sprint of Free (as in Swatantra) software to Kannada - April 18th

Free Software Movement Karnataka (FSMK),
Dept. of Kannada - Christ University, Bangalore, and
Dept. of Kannada - SJCE, Mysore
will be organising and coordinating a worldwide localisation (l10n) sprint to
translate various Free (as in Swatantra) software to Kannada.  Students,
teachers, IT employees and others from institutions all over the world are
expected to participate in this translation sprint via the online
interface that has been set up at

ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರ.ಓರ್ಗ್ (swatantra.org) ಮತ್ತು  ಶ್ರೀ ಜಯಚಾಮರಾಜೇಂದ್ರ ತಾಂತಿಕ
ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಲೈನಕ್ಸ್ಸಂಘ (LCCSJCE),
ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರ  ತಂತ್ರಾಂಶ  ಆಂದೋಲನ - ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ(FSMK),ಕ್ರೈಸ್ತ
ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯ(Christ University) ಹಾಗು
SJCE ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳ ಕನ್ನಡ ಇಲಾಖೆಗಳ ಜೊತೆ ಕೂಡಿ,
ವಿಶ್ವ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ , ಹಲವಾರು ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರ  ತಂತ್ರಾಂಶಗಳನ್ನು ಕನ್ನಡಕ್ಕೆ  ಭಾಷಾಂತರಿಸುವ
ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿ ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ.

ಜಾಗತಿಕ ಮಟ್ಟಲ್ಲಿ  ನೂರಾರು ವಿಧ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು, ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು , ಮಾಹಿತಿ - ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ
ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳು ನಮ್ಮ  ಅಂತರ್ಜಾಲದ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯ
ಮುಖಾಂತರ ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ  ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ . ಈ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು
ಹಾಗು ಮೈಸೂರಿನ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಹಾಗು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕ
ಸಮೂಹದವರು  ಎಪ್ರಿಲ್ ೧೯ ,೨೦೧೦ರಂದು  ಮೈಸೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ  ಸೇರಿ ಹಲವಾರು
ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ.
