[Debian-in-workers] RFS: fonts-gubbi

Hello,

I've completed the  fonts-gubbi new font package for Kannada and is available at
[1].

If some one can upload the same it would be great :) Also I'm a DM now so if you believe I can maintain this package myself please allow the DM Upload in the pckage. Source is available at [2]
