Went through those mails, according to latest discussion it looks like
foundry will be optional and its up to maintainer to include it in
package name itself or in description

font-lohit-ml
font-lohit-hi
font-pothana-te

just changed the order :) and made the language code in small since
package name shouldn't have capitalised letters

So then we can deal with all fonts in the same manner for fonts which
might have been abandoned by upstream and debian-in can act as
upstream for them.

There are many fonts in pkg-fonts repository with watch files and
there are those which don't have watch files i.e if upstream doesn't
provide a proper download point. But it depends on maintainer. I'm
maintaining font-johnsmith-induni in pkg-fonts where upstream author
agreed to notify me if there is a new release. But my whole point was
if there is a valid download point we should use it.

Ok
