[Debian-l10n-devel] Weirdness on stats pages

OK, so I'm the culprit for both....

In both cases, these directories are left cruft of manipulations I did
on PO files while preparing the NMUs (bringing strings from other
packages).

I re-uploaded of fixed atlas package and Daniel Baumann reuploaded
tripwire.
