Hello there.

Description-md5: cupt doesn't use it at all. Harmless.
Moving English descriptions out from Packages: I support this. I don't expect
any breakage for en_{US,GB}.UTF-8 locales' users, but however if it will
happen, I'll fix cupt in a short term.

P.S. You could use cupt at packages.debian.org to add me to the loop.
