After Michael report, I re-checked.
The commands I used do not work anymore (lynx http://www.google.es, wget
on http://ftp.es.debian.org or ftp://ftp.es.debian.org, ssh on
alioth.debian.org)

So it did work at some time, and was reverted afterwards.
