1.) the milestone thing is a tool for the new web interface...

2.) the database table is updated daily

3.) from the part:1-XX milestone we don't remove translated
descriptions.

4.) the new web interface has a better interface to this list (see
http://ddtp.debian.net/screenshots/ddtp-new-web-20110828-one_milestone.png
) This list show also the status of translated, pending oder
untranslated
