Debian Med Policy says: Priority. Should be ?\226?\128?\156optional?\226?\128?\157 unless forbidden by the Debian policy (see ?\194?\1672.5). Packages of priority ?\226?\128?\156extra?\226?\128?\157 are excluded from some QA tests.
