      Standard conform directory layout
      Some binary JARs without source need to be removed from upstream source.  To do this I shamelessly use not yet released uscan - to lazy to write a full get-orig-source target to do this.
      remove pure debugging code from patch and make sure it applies cleanly; refreshed patches

      Make sure executable goes to /usr/bin; fix menu section
      Standards-Version: 3.9.4; debhelper 9; regard +dfsg suffix in watch file

      xz compression for repackaged upstream source; uversionmangle instead of dversionmangle to get correct
      d/manifest: Add /usr/share/java/commons-math3.jar
      New upstream version

      deban/watch: fix version mangling
