- Log -----------------------------------------------------------------
Upstream version 0.5.3+dfsg

Andreas Tille (18):
As usual :-P ; BTW, shouldn't the source package be named python-miso????
      Add proper watch file
      Add reference
      Moved to python-miso
Follow the good practice to name source packages according to binary packages
      Polishing build system and build-depends
Package builds including test suite (after doing some trick :-))
Also try to eleminate non-critical errors in test suite
Really run any test that is supposed to be run
Adde missing Build-Dependency samtools to successfully run all test
      Work also for installed modules
Add autopkgtest - no idea whather this is really a clever way to run the test suite. Feel free to enhance!
Provide all wrappers mentioned in the docs
Wrappers are no examples but really used according to the docs
      Better documentation
No need to ad examples dir to PATH since the tools are now installed in /usr/bin
Remove f2c code copy to be really sure that it is not used.
      Imported Upstream version 0.5.3+dfsg

Steffen Moeller (3):
      Functional package for miso
      [(python-)miso] f2c redistribution now obsolete
[python-miso] The actual patch to use external f2c
