      replace the previous versions).
    - Incremented Standards-Version to 3.8.0 after adding README.Sources.
    - Added a new package, emboss-test, that contains test data.
    - Build-Depends: tcsh | csh | c-shell to run the tests.
  * debian/rules:
    - Implemented build-time tests.
    - Updated the instructions to build manpages.
