- GNOME installed
- KDE used as desktop
- xdg-utils not installed

- if GNUmed detects gnome-open before kfmclient it will fail to open documents

Thus xdg-utils should be installed such that it detects xdg-open before
either of gnome-open or kfmclient and thus be able to open documents.
