Unfortunatly, you are wrong.


In fact, the definition of "grave" is: "makes the package in question
unusable or mostly so" (see
http://release.debian.org/squeeze/rc_policy.txt). This has nothing to
do with "regression".

As Bastian pointed out, there are binary packages in debian which are
not useable. This means: these packages have an grave bug. This report
reports the grave bug in these packages. So please respect the correct
severity.


Also, as Julien pointed out, in case these binary packages are
removed, this bug is serious, as the RC bug policy says:
| Packages must be supported on as many architectures as is reasonably possible.
and it seems to be quite reasonable to add stanzas that mipsel is
little and mips is big endian.


Please note that (RC) bug reports don't put any blame on anybody, but
are a great helper: They make sure we have a list of things that must
be done prior to the next stable release so that we can have an
release of the high quality Debian is known for.
