Hi Andreas,

EMBOSS ships a convenience copies or forks of zlib, expat, pcre and plplot,
under the names ezlib, eexpat, epcre and eplplot. But the upstream developers
were kind to provide a --entable-systemlibs option for ./configure, that allows
to use the distribution's zlib and expat libraries. For PCR and Plplot, the
EMBOSS forks are too different from the original, and we must use them. They
are in libajax6 and emboss-lib.

As you can see in the commit lists, I just uploaded embassy packages that use this
new --entable-systemlibs configure option.

The new packages are all good except for this build-dependancy on the MySQL and
PostgreSQL packages.

Thanks a lot for your help !
