Hi.

The upstream version of pvrg-jpeg-etb.patch  
(http://www.panix.com/~eli/jpeg/pvrg-jpeg-etb.patch.gz) seems to  
differ from what is shipped with Debian,... is this an accident or  
could you please explain why?
