$ ldd /usr/lib/R/site-library/HilbertVis/libs/HilbertVis.so
        linux-vdso.so.1 =>  (0x00007fff5177b000)
        libR.so => /usr/lib/libR.so (0x00007fd0734ec000)
        libc.so.6 => /lib/libc.so.6 (0x00007fd073198000)
        libblas.so.3gf => /usr/lib/libblas.so.3gf (0x00007fd072f08000)
        libgfortran.so.3 => /usr/lib/libgfortran.so.3 (0x00007fd072c1d000)
        libm.so.6 => /lib/libm.so.6 (0x00007fd07299b000)
        libreadline.so.6 => /lib/libreadline.so.6 (0x00007fd072756000)
        libpcre.so.3 => /lib/libpcre.so.3 (0x00007fd072527000)
        libbz2.so.1.0 => /lib/libbz2.so.1.0 (0x00007fd072317000)
        libz.so.1 => /usr/lib/libz.so.1 (0x00007fd0720ff000)
        libdl.so.2 => /lib/libdl.so.2 (0x00007fd071efb000)
        /lib64/ld-linux-x86-64.so.2 (0x00007fd073c74000)
        libgcc_s.so.1 => /lib/libgcc_s.so.1 (0x00007fd071ce5000)
        libncurses.so.5 => /lib/libncurses.so.5 (0x00007fd071a9f000)

I can not confirm that there is an unresolved dependency.
What exactly do you mean by HilbertVisGUI?

In fact it is - but I do not really see a dependency.

I would try to care for this but I need more information.

Thanks for reporting the problem anyway
