[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#575105: mummer: promer and nucmer scripts contain build elements

Package: mummer
Version: 3.22~dfsg-1
Severity: important

the perl scripts /usr/bin/promer and /usr/bin/nucmer both contain strings relating to the debian packaging environment

(i.e. /build/charles-mummer_3.22~dfsg-1-amd64-Jqs39e/mummer-3.22~dfsg/debian/tmp/ prefixes the paths to usr/bin/)

I don't know enough about how the packaging process works to suggest where this issue occurs
