There is now a 3rd issue, build failed on kfreebsd-amd64 due to an ICE
in gcj-4.4.

All those failures are due to the introduction of Java wrapping, can
you please disable it temporarily so that ITK does not prevent other
libraries from migrating into testing?  You could also use
experimental autobuilders to test fixes, they seem to work fine.

About the gccxml issue, I had been unable to reproduce it (but this
machine does not run sid).  Maybe you could run 'gccxml -E' on your
minimal test case?
