The versioned library package includes unversioned files such as
/usr/lib/valgrind/InsightVxlValgrind.supp

This makes installing multiple versions of the package impossible.

If this is the intention then the package should not be versioned to
allow for upgrades. Otherwise such files should be removed and possibly
moved to the -dev package.
