[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#623845: vxl: vgl, oxl and probably other libraries and headers not installed

Package: libvxl1-dev
Version: 1.14.0-1
Severity: normal

I'm trying to build OpenGazer (<https://github.com/opengazer/OpenGazer#readme>)
and even though vxl is available in Debian/Ubuntu nowadays, it looks like some
required libraries aren't installed (vgl and oxl, maybe others as well). First
I thought only the header files were amiss, but a quick glance at the package's
filelist shows that the libs aren't shipped with libvxl-1.14 either.

The rules file sets -DBUILD_CORE_GEOMETRY:BOOL=ON and -DBUILD_OXL:BOOL=ON
though, so is it possible that the libs are built but not included in the
package?

I'm still struggling with the build process of vxl, hopefully I'll know more
soonish :)
