[Debian-med-packaging] Patch for probalign when compiling with gcc 4.4

Hi Usman,

I would like to inform you that I'm able your nice software Probalign
into the Debian GNU Linux distribution.  This is done on behalf of the
Debian Med team which tries to assemble all bio-medical Free Software
into Debian[1].  When trying to build the programm I needed to apply a
patch for gcc 4.4 which is attended to this mail.  Feel free to take
it over into the next version of Probalign.
