[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#612534: Depends on xview

Hi Elmar,

finally this last bug gave me enough motivation to push the existing
stuff to unstable now. It needed some more patches anyway.

This is not fully true because textedit (from xview-clients) remained in
some scripts. The patch which replaces it by Debian's /usr/bin/editor
can be seen here:

   svn://svn.debian.org/svn/debian-med/trunk/packages/arb/trunk/debian/patches/no_xview_dependency.patch

The other patches might or might not be interesting for upstream
(in CC) as well. Please consider taking them over upstream for
next releases.

Kind regards

       Andreas.
