Hi,
I could fix the gbrowse build issue, it works back again while keeping 
your improvements.

Gbrowse was initially started by Charles Plessy but I took over the 
package to update to latest version (I talked with him about this before).
I plan to take in charge maintenance of this package from now.

Please let me know for biomaj if you find new issues (I tested with 
pbuilder, not pdebuild). It seems that  with all debian tools available 
and context (already installed or not etc...), it is not easy to find 
all issues.....
Hard days for newcomers...  ;-)
